Dennis Baltazar, Principal Engineering Consultant

Dennis Baltazar is a Principal Engineering Consultant with over 15 years of experience in software engineering. With expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, application and cloud security, Dennis has a passion for building cloud-native applications in Azure and AWS. 

As a Principal Engineering Consultant at Avocado, Dennis provides strategic advice, guidance, and solutions to organisations’ on complex software engineering and delivery projects. Prior to this, Dennis held several technical leadership positions, including as a Software Architect & DevOps/DevSecOps Engineering Lead at a Global IT Consulting company where he honed his skills in software development, architecture, and security. 

Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communications Engineering, as well as numerous IT industry certifications in Cloud security and DevOps. He has a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and success.

In his free time, Dennis enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software engineering field. His typical weekend consists of traveling to new places, taking landscape photos and exploring different cuisines.
