Meet our Graduate: Hayden
Avocado’s graduate program develops talented graduates into successful IT professionals with real skills and experience. Designed around the individual, we help graduates to explore their potential, accelerating their professional development.
Hayden joins Avocado as a mature aged grad having spent lots of time in various customer service rolls, most notably keeping bar at a couple of places around Wollongong. He definitely has some interesting tales and plenty of experience with conflict resolution. Hayden has completed a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Wollongong and has now joined the Avocado Monitoring Practice as a Graduate Consultant.

What made you want to go into the IT industry?
I have always had an interest and passion for technology as a solution.
What are you most excited about for your new role?
Avocado is a growing company with new opportunities becoming possible every day, I look forward to growing alongside it.
What type of work are you hoping to do after the graduate program?
After completing the graduate program, I will be moving into a role as software developer and security consultant.
