Speaker Bio

Steven Ma, Founder and Director of No Moss Co

Steven Ma is an Executive Agilist who coaches both startups and prominent international enterprises to emphasise more human ways of working. After spending almost a decade working in transformations at the leading edge of the Agile movement, Steven is an expert in co-designing organisations and individuals for empathy and agility. In working for a range of industries including FinTech, Retail and Education, Steven seeks to make work itself more human.

Founder and Managing Director of No Moss Co, Steven is the Principal Trainer and Certification provider for Bain & Co and the Director of Ways of Working at the Commonwealth Bank, Australia.

Steven founded the grass roots movement Cause Corps. With the mission of making doing good a daily habit, the global organisation has accomplished over 10,000 direct action activities in 16 countries with over 3,500 members contributing to causes including mental health, animal welfare, environmental action, disaster relief and children’s hospitals.
