Avocado’s focus remains on helping clients move with confidence from project initiation through to secure, sustainable outcomes,” says Steven Zacharidis.

Helping enterprises modernise delivery and operations

As cloud-native platforms, regulatory pressures, and security expectations evolve, organisations face growing pressure to deliver change faster – without compromising stability, visibility, or compliance. Many remain constrained by legacy systems and manual processes that increase operational risk.

Tool sprawl has also become a growing challenge, with overlapping platforms and disconnected systems creating complexity, reducing visibility, and slowing delivery. Avocado helps clients simplify and modernise their environments to operate with greater speed, clarity, and confidence.

At Avocado, we help enterprises overcome these challenges with services that:

  • Deliver complex programs and transformations for government and enterprise environments
  • Embed modern testing and automation into DevSecOps pipelines to improve speed and quality
  • Apply best-practice governance and frameworks to improve resilience, scalability, and compliance
  • Support migration from outdated platforms to AI-enabled, cloud-ready, and secure environments
  • Deploy AI-powered agents to detect risk, fraud and reduce manual overhead
  • Enable observability and performance monitoring through partners like Dynatrace

Delivering certainty in an uncertain world

Since 2004, Avocado has delivered some of Australia’s most complex technology programs – building a reputation delivery excellence, quality assurance, and being a trusted partner. Today, the company’s evolution reflects the growing need for intelligent, secure, and adaptive solutions that bridge the gap between legacy infrastructure and modern operating models.

“Quality and assurance are no longer isolated functions – they’re central to delivery, resilience, and innovation. Steven’s leadership will help us scale our services, support more complex client environments, and accelerate the shift to smarter, more secure ways of working,” Barranquero says.
