The Challenge
The business had outgrown its Access database. Over time, thousands of SQL queries had been layered on top of it, making data hard to find, hard to trust and slow to report on. Quality assurance testing records and modification programs were captured inconsistently, and the database didn't connect to the company's website or HR platform. Every report took manual effort, and leaders couldn't get a clear view of the business.
