AI Strategy Workshop

Find the Data and AI opportunities worth pursuing, and agree which come first.

Overview

The AI Strategy Workshop is a facilitated engagement that turns your leadership team's knowledge of the business into a prioritised, costed roadmap of Data and AI opportunities. Anchored by one to three days on site with 5 to 20 decision-makers and P&L or KPI owners, it combines knowledge transfer, live demonstrations and guided ideation, then scores every idea on cost, impact and ease of implementation. Depending on size, workshops typically surface 30 to 100+ opportunities. It's the right starting point for organisations that know AI matters but aren't yet sure where the value sits.

Who is this for?

You'll recognise the situation

You're being asked what your organisation is doing with AI, and want an answer grounded in your own business.

Teams are already experimenting with Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, and you need shared direction instead of scattered pilots.

Different parts of the business have different priorities, and you need genuine alignment rather than a top-down mandate.

You want ideas ranked on cost, impact and ease, so the board sees a roadmap, not a wish list.

What's included?

From ideation to a board-ready roadmap

Pre-workshop planning

We agree objectives and design the session around your business. An optional survey sharpens focus and surfaces quick wins before the day.

Knowledge transfer

A plain-English grounding in what AI can realistically do today, mapped against a data and AI maturity curve from historical reporting to autonomous.

Live demonstrations

Working examples from inside and outside your industry — conversational agents, AI analysts, document assistants and machine vision.

Guided ideation

Facilitated sessions that identify opportunities, led by the people who hold the P&L and KPIs the ideas will affect.

The Opportunity Catalogue

Every idea scored on cost, impact and ease, plotted to show the high-impact, lower-cost sweet spot — an interactive report you revisit as priorities shift.

Prioritisation & roadmap

A follow-up session to validate priorities and build the roadmap, plus a written summary ready for the board.

Common questions

What is an AI strategy workshop?

A facilitated engagement that maps your Data and AI opportunities and prioritises them by cost, impact and ease, producing a roadmap your leadership team has agreed on.

Who should attend?

Between 5 and 20 people who hold P&L or KPI ownership and can make decisions on the day, so momentum doesn't stall after the workshop.

How long does it take?

One to three days on site, plus planning beforehand and a prioritisation session afterwards. Most engagements run three to four weeks end to end.

What do we walk away with?

An Opportunity Catalogue with every idea scored and visualised, a validated roadmap, and a written summary ready for the board.

We already use Copilot or ChatGPT — is this still relevant?

Yes. Personal productivity tools are a starting point, not a strategy. The workshop looks at where AI can change how the business operates and earns revenue, and flags where governance and data foundations need to come first.

Does this include implementation?

No. The workshop identifies and prioritises opportunities. Building them is a separate engagement, often after an AI Readiness & Feasibility Study confirms your top idea is viable.
